Default 2000 Si exhaust/header question

I have a 2000 Si soon to have a b20z in it. I wanted to know which header I can use to bolt up to an oem/aftermarket Si exhaust. I was trying to avoid welding but if I have no choice, ehh what can I do?

I believe you can use any B series exhaust manifold / header.

They are
The b16 has a shorter deck height too, so you cant use your oem header on a b20, because it wont clear the pan.
Get an oem LS header, if you want it to be cheap

up to the header with no modification get the same model header you have now, mostly yo have the si header so if your ordering order for a 99-00 si header and you wont have weld it should just bolt up...

and yes all b-series bolt up to a b-series head, but are different lengths at the bottom..
my SI header is shorter at the bottom then my gsr header

well just my 2 cents but here ya go. i had my old header from my b16 motor and tried to install onto gsr motor, but would not clear oil pan because of the deck height difference. almost a half inch diff on b16 and b18 block. and also as stated above the collector lengths are different for each model. i do know an itr header will fit a gsr motor in civic with no mods hope that helps a lil

Ok so the ITR header will clear on the gsr but what about the b20? I found a usdm itr header for real cheap and im thinking of buying it. Also I failed to mention this before, I have the top portion of the header from the b20, is the bottom portion different on b-series models or the top half?
