my dad and his friend, who owns a 5th gen accord also, ordered it off the internet in bulk. so i have a huge box of 10 of these filters that my dad bought that i never even heard of.

i tried googling the brand but nothing came up, the color and shape and even the inside of the filter looks very similiar, if not indetical to OEM honda. but for some reason it feels diferent, maybe its the finsih or the paint, not too sure. and the rubber seal is noticebly softer then OEM honda. my dads friend claimed they are quality filters and that they actually make the filter for honda, but i doubt that. the last time my dad's friend recomended some brake pads to my dad that he claimed was "top of the line" it wa sosme canadian crap i never heard of that squeaked like hell and wore out faster then a pencil eraser.

im assuming it is a japanese brand and probably made in japan too since there is japanese instruction on the filter along with english (just like OEM honda's). it also says "nippon filter" on the filter itself, but "ultra-8 performance" on the box in comes in.

Filters are only a couple bucks. I wouldn't trust my car to something with a brand I'd never heard of. Sell 'em on craigslist and be done with them.
