Default Will DOHC ZC pistons fit in a b16a?

Hypothetically, if you wanted to make a real high compression b16a motor, would the radically domed pistons of a DOHC ZC fit?

Is it the difference between Dohc and Sohc ZC are the head. Basically isn't just a D16 non-vtec????

i don't think so. if you're talking about the d16a6 (is this the right code?) from the 89 integra, it shouldn't. d series pistons are smaller than B series if I'm not mistaken. those pistons are for high compressioning sohc d series engines.

If you are after oem pictons to up the compression get ctr's. I would just get some aftermarket pistons though.

It was just a theory thing: I figured it out, its not gonna happen; the b16 bore is 81mm, the ZC bore is 75mm.... so thers my answer to that.

no the ZC is d.... I was just wondering if the bores happened to be the same since the motor designs are so similar.

Pretty sure the DOHC ZC pistons are 75mm just like the other D-series so I'm gonna say no. I'm not 100% positive though
