Will they fit or do i have to modify the caliper?

You sure about that?

I've never done it myself, but my friend had to put wheel spacers when he put HXs on a LX Civic...

NO...they won't.

Or get some spacers: http://store.summitracing.com/...w=sku

I use mr gasket spacers from O'Reilly Auto Parts on my 98 Ex.

I use H&R 5mm spacers, and skunk2 extended studs just to be safe.
