Default Jam nut wrench(valve adjustment)

I went to go and do my valve adjustment the other day. I have a b16a, do I really need the jam nut wrench from Snapon to do the adjustment. I tried to do it with a screwdriver and wrench but couldn't move it at. And I didn't want to start cranking on anything. So can somone give me a holla and let me know.

if you look at the how-to at c-speedracing.com, you'll see they just modified a craftsman 10mm combo wrench. i would assume you just heat it in a vise and bend it:

hope that gives you a starting point. probably cheaper than a snap-on

Or go buy a crows foot atachment and put it on the end of a ratchet extension. That works fine but they are liek $6 at Sears for a Craftsman.

what i do is i just take my trusty rubber mallet, and gently tap the end of a combination wrench. it works.
