read any manual. Buy one at the store or get the official honda manual for your car.

That indicator is set to change on 7500 mileage intervals. Like Homesickalian said get a manual or go to a site like edmunds.com and they should have what is required for your mileage. When you are finished you can reset the light with your key.

man that shi't nothing... what i do is stick my key in and it will turn back green.. meaning stick the key in on your cluster there should be a hole there, right next to a button. it easy.

and yes regular tune up like oil change blah blah blah. things you dont need to waste your money on.

there are many things you do need to do though, so dont simply stick it in and expect everything to be wonderful. The best actually is to wait till it turns red cause thats when you do other things.
If the schedule has been followed then you have some things to get done.
Possible a transmission fluid change etc. Transmission fluid changes are very important to. That light isnt an every 3000 miles change your oil light.

That light changes every 7500 miles, because thats what honda suggests for oil change intervals. I still do mine every ~3500. It has nothing to do with anything else.

I never knew that thing changes at every 7500.
I was thinking it was like 3k or so.
