OBD-2 conversion wiring for jdm b18c5 into 94 civic ex

i mihgt be swapping a jdm b18c5 into a 94 civic ex. ive looked around online and found something about an obd2 wiring conversion. can someone explain this to me?

Buy an obd2 gsr/type r engine harness hook it up to your motor & plug it in to car. Jump the wire for your tach & your done.
Its been posted plenty of times, next time use some other keywords in your search..
