Default Alright, my next upgrade. (Help)

I think I'm going to make the smarter decision and hold off on F/I until I get the rest of my car prepped for the speed. IE: Chassis bracing, suspension, brakes.

First step is going to be the cheapest, bracing. I am considering these. Anyone have any experience, comments, thoughts on any of them?

Sway Bar

4-Point Under Brace

I have heard good things about the sway bar, aside from creaky aftermarket bushings. Anyone else have feedback on these products or their manufacturers?

being that it serves a purpose, out of curiosity, why take it off?

and who makes (aside from Megan Racing) a good rear lower tie bar? yah know, you think Progress would have made one in conjunction with the rear sway

and btw, my vote goes to the rear sway, people have said that makes the most difference of ANY of their suspension mods.. will be my next mod here, next month

exact thing that i was going to ask... even small things like that serve a purpose, i see absolutley no reason in taking it off. ..

I have the Progress rear sway, and it IS amazing. Def the best bang for your buck. As for the front underbrace, I am going with the Cusco one because it mounts closer to the car whereas the Tanabe one hangs lower you could say. Only thing bad about the Cusco is the 8 week wait, and that you need to bend one of the exhaust hangers to fit it since it was made for the Asian civic.

I have the feeling the diffuser is there for air traveling under the car...without it, more drag, less speed, less economy. Why do that?

I am not sure, but I don't think the strut tower fit's on the SI. I was looking at this application and could not see how it would fit on the SI body.

I have both, the under brace and the swaybar. The swaybar makes a big difference, even in everyday driving. I would start with the swaybar. I also got the new endlinks with the swaybar, which I heard also help.

Would a bar like that be useful? I could very well be wrong but seeing pivot points on a strut bar make me think they're worthless. Now if it were a solid piece, I wouldn't think the same way.

The Carbing strut tower bar DOES in fact fit the Si.

I have one.
I bought it from CorSport. (Can't go wrong with Corsport. Free shipping, and Tai is a great guy )
I installed it. It's shiny and pretty, but you will never see it after you install it. haha

Okay hey, don't mean to steal the thread or anything, but I was hoping I could find out which performance parts on corsportusa.com are interchangable between the si/ non-si.

I think no on the strut tower bar. For $300 you could get the sway bar and under brace. However, if you just got the money laying around, then I am sure you will see a little difference but not much.
