They shouldn't get cherry red unless you are running a lot of fuel through the motor.

If you do not have fuel adding mods you have a fuel delivery issue.

If you do have fuel mods and you don't need them take them off.

well i was thinking about getting a b&m fuel pressure gauge, because i did the h2293civic swap no mods really just usually bolt ons. but some people told me it has to do with the cat converter. my resenator is bad could that affect anything?

you shouldnt need an adjustable fpr....if you are hell bent on getting one dont get the b&m they will eff up....save your money toward a tune...you would be surpsrised how much that would help..

the stock fpr should be sufficient for what you are doing....but like i said if you are determined to get one DO NOT get a b&m....

That has nothing to do with the manifold heating up.

Is it getting cherry red all the time or does it just get a hint of red after you beat the **** out of it?

If the cat was clogged it wouldn't be able to get red, the car wouldn't be able to run. Or it would push out an exhaust gasket, and run like ****. Not to mention the check engine light and one hell of a fuel problem.
