Different axles, problematic vibrations?

Different axles, problematic vibrations?
I'm going to be replacing my left OEM axle with a DSS Stage 1 soon, but since I still have the original right axle on the car, will having two different axles cause any vibrations in the drivetrain?

Brian, whose DSS stage 1 blew up on the street and rolled 1 DSS and 1 NAPA for a month.
