Can i bad O2 cause a bad idle?

yes, as well as bad gas milage.

why do you ask, do you have a bad o2?

yea, but my gas i fine so far.. i just dont want swap out 02 sensors.. i have 2 or 3 laying around the house....

are you getting a code or cel? usually when these go bad this is what they cause.
if you don't, well then maybe something else is causing your rough idle.

Then swap out O2s and quit being lazy. It's like a 20 minute job, and you can look under your car for any other problems while you're at it.

my boy ran my codes and he got an o2 sensor code, but gas is fine still 25-27

i had a cel for an o2 sensor a while back i didn't have a huge dcrease in gas mileage but yah you should replace it.
