Default 92-95 civic axle question

i got a set of pretty much brand new axles in my shed that i took out of my 92 dx 4-door when i did the swap.. my buddy has a 95 dx 2-door that needs both front axles.. i dont think there would be any difference in the 2 door and 4 door axles for a manual trans in that generation.. but before i have him drive down to put them in for him .. does anyone know of any issues or incompatibility? or can i just swap em out?

the amount of doors shouldn't make a difference. as long as they are both for the same type of tranny (manual or auto) you will be ok.

ok so i put the axles in along with some other stuff and i noticed when i started the car with the front on the jackstands and put it in gear so i could check to make sure everything was rotating smooth and to check for noises, the driver front axle seems to start making a wub wub wub sound when the wheel is turned to the right and left.. not all the way but even like a half turn before all the way... im not sure if the pass side is doing the same because it isnt driven while in the air.. but something just doesnt seem right.. the axle kinda looks like its vibrating a little while in gear rotating too.. i was thinking maybe the axle might be bad after all since it was used.. but i just wanted to double check that theres no way the ones i used to replace the old ones could be different?... i sat them next to eachother and they looked the same..., they both bolted in with no problems.. the only difference i saw was the d/s didnt have a little dampener in the middle of the axle like the one i took out did

All USDM 92-00 d-series axles are the same. Manual & Auto.
