Swap ....help?

Swaped my d16y7head and intake manifold for a d16y8 head and intake manifold and put in a stage 1 crower cam. It takes about 8-10 secs to start. The spark plugs spark so that cant be the reason..Any ideas?

Check your timing. And then check it again and again and again and again...see where im heading with this?

no i dont are you telling him to check the timeing? lol ya its probably that you have to have timeing dead on get a timing light thing
