Default Where to pry to get axle out of transaxle

preface - i'm swaping axles on my 94 VX hatch.

The pics in the axle swaping guide appear to not be working and i'm having some issues getting the axle out of the transaxle. It sounds like its really in there, like a circlip or something. From what i've read though, they should just slide out.

Anyone have any tips?

There's a clip that kinda hold things in place.
Put a big flat head screwdriver or a small pry bar between the tranny casing and the axle. Should pop right out.

What he said above. Ive done several axles on hondas. You should have no problem if you pry in that location. Let us know how it goes.

Should just pop in with some pressure. But if it doesn't use a 2x4 or a rubber mallet and beat the end of it to get it to go.
