My 91 hatch has 268k on the chassis and roughly 120k on the engine. My wifes 94 civic has 302k on the original drivetrain. Unless you are really trying most Hondas are built to last.

270K on chassis, 100K on motor here.

I have a buddy who bought his 90 si brand new and has over 500,000 miles now and 200,000 on his b16.

just turned 270k miles on my 1990 EE2. still original engine (still original head and oil pan gaskets, for that matter), still original ball joints, still original suspension bushings (except for the radius arm bushings), and i just changed the original tie rods (inner and outer) about six months ago. of course, i had to remove the rack from the car and clamp it on a bench to do it - everything was frozen solid!

287,000 (roughly) on my 89 hatch...has had more motors in and out of this car than the police impounds No more rust though, I took care of that issue last year. Currently sits with a b16a with under 60k miles on it, and the whole car doesn't look a day over it either

88 crx si with just turned 310k on the clock still has the original engine in it. She seems to run better with age.

Just took it off the road to sell it, 489XXX KM on the body, somewhere around 300xxx on the motor.

91 civic Si, D16A6 got most if not all the suspension components replaced at like 460xxx.

215k with the original motor, blew a piston so I'm trying to get it running again. "New" motor has somewhere around 100k on it. Should be in good shape once I actually figure out how to get it started.
