koni yelllow perch settings

Default koni yelllow perch settings

i searched and haven't found an answer. i got GC coilovers and koni yellows for xmas. now, the front shocks has 2 perches and the rears have 3. which perch should i set it on?

Standard setting in front is the heighest perch, back is the middle.
I put them both on the lowest.

never knew there were standard settings

it depends on if you got them for show or if you actually want your car to handle better.

if you just want the ability to dump your car the lowest possible then just put them on the lowest.

and if you have gc's you dont actually use the physical "perch" just the metal ring.

i put both of mine on the highest perch, since gc's don't have a "helper" spring, it annoys me that when the suspension isn't under load the spring just moves freely.

i want my car to handle better.. so should i put the fronts on the top perch and the rears on the middle perch?

you have a coil over, you can adjust the height of the spring using your coil over.

the "perch setting" isn't going to effect your handling as far as i'm aware, it'll allow you to make the car lower or higher then the normal adjustability allowed by the coilover alone.
