Default Clutch for Type R

Unfortunately, my old clutch is about to come to the end so a new clutch kit is needed. Just wondering what clutch kit out there are easy to drive and with a resonable good price. At the moment, I'm thinking about EXEDY heavy duty clutch. Any comments welcome!!

how many miles have you had on the clutch in the car now? is it OEM? do you track the car or any other type of beating? if not, i'd consider an OEM if it has served you well. i have a pretty beefy clutch in my car now and i am actually considering pulling it out in place of an OEM one

At the moment, the car has nearly 120,000 KM on the odo. I'm not sure what clutch has it got in the car now but I believe they are just original ones? However, I don't know much history of the car itself as it just being imported. Should I bring it to a mechanic and check it out?

Thanks for the comment

Sorry for the confusion. Yes I just had the car for a week or so, but just feel that a new clutch is needed.

I installed an action 1ks. I like the feel of it. I have about 7k miles on it so far. The pedal pressure is a little firmer than stock. The kevlar disc grabs very nice. Worth checking out. I think Kteller is were I bought it from.

i like stock clutch but with stronger pressure plate. it can handle a lot of hp, if you can't control your launch then you'll kill any clutch and transmission.
