Default exhaust with b series swap

I have heard that the header on the LS is different lengths than the crx header. I have also heard that the bolt pattern on the headers are different. Is is best to just build a custom exhaust or are there ones that bolt right up without length problems or bolt on issues. I also bought a omni power straight pipe for a crx. Should I have bought one for an integra since I have an LS swap?

the header on the LS is much shorter like about 5 inches or so and the flange for the LS is turned. the flange for the LS is bigger than the crx flanges. if i were you i would order the straight pipe from an integra then i would get the exhaust custom made or you could buy a full exhaust system then have an exhaust shop trim fit to make the exhaust system fit. thats what i would do

so the straight pipe for the crx won't work with the DC header for the LS motor?
