Wrong, it means its most likely OBD0 since PR3s are from 89-91 JDM B16A EF8/9
or 92 JDM Integra B16A EF8/9.

What you can do is buy a conversion harness. I never really heard of one but they might make a OBD2a to OBD0 one, but I'm not 100%

ok heres the thing the pr3 does come in two obd forms obd1 and obd0 neither of which are good for you beacause thats a vtec computer your gonna wanna go with a obd1 p74 or p75 those are both from a 94-95 integra ls obd1 you can also use a pr4 obd1 from a 92-93 integra .. however either route you are going to need a jumper harness for obd2a to obd1
make sure its an obd2a and NOT AN OBD2B
obd2a came 96-98 and obd2b came 99-01 so be carefull also i have the p74 already chipped with a 8000k revlimit and its a mugen program if you are interested in that let me know in a PM however the conversion harness look on jdmshit.com or any of those sites they are typically 75-100$ shipped
