I've read of the problems with keys not being able to be removed fom the ignition switch on other Honda models and that problem seems to be related to the shifter cable adjustment, shift interlock switch or ignition switch going bad. My problem is that today the key won't turn at all. It acts like I put the wrong key in the switch and it won't even turn. We only have one Honda so it isn't the wrong key. It worked fine one time and the next time we tried to start it it happened. Would the same three components be suspect?

key is worn down. Do you have a spare key? if the spare works, then it is worn key.......
