ok so i have asked about this in different ways now i just want to know one more thing can i buy a 97 ex harness to put a gsr into a 97 cx hatch

 

I have a 96 ex and we were able to use the factory wiring harness. Think we just needed to get a new plug on the harness to plug cleanly into the ckf sensor located near the crank pulley I believe the obd1 motors dont have this sensor. And i think we had to cut some of the wire looms to get all of the plugs to their correct location. Hope this helps.

 

Here Bro.. The info you need is right here... You might want to try the hybrid forum next time for hybrid questions... I have a 98 gsr into a 98 civic dx hatch.. I used my wiring harness andn just changed the iacv out for a 2 wire plug and left the third wire out.. I then wired the ckf, knock sensor and vtec pressure switch... It's really easy if your swap came with the gsr harness already... That way you can save $100 on the other harness....
