Default does a car that is originally auto tranny have a different trans bracket location then a manual?

i have a 94 hatch that i bought about a month ago... it is a manual and it has an ls swap... the cluster was changed because its a dx and it has a tach. However i got the hasport mounts and tried changing them today and the rear and the drivers side lined up but the tranny mount didnt and it is different than the one that is on there...that one is a place racing mount. so my question is...is there a difference between the mount location on the frame of an auto and a manual transmission car? thanks!
