All i know is that the lsd is made for the EG SIR trans. hence being itself a hydro b16 trans. Now I technically do not know if there is a difference from the eg SIR trans to a usdm b16 trans. But I heard it can be made to work in the usdm trans with no problems.
SO in other words.
EG sir trans = for sure
usdm b16 trans= will work but needs custom.
At the end of it all.. I believe 500 for a j's racing LSD that is new in box... MSRP is well over 1000... might as well just buy to have around untill you have the time to put it in.
