shouldn't ride that ruff, that happened to me before, I pulled apart my shock assemblies and SOMEONE HAD FORGOTTEN TO INSTALL THE BUMP STOP. I would do the same to yours and make sure someone didn't cheap out

weird ..somehow over time someone must have taken off the shock/spring and installed it incorrectly.....Can you even push down a side of the car? or does it feel like the shocks aren't compressing?

i have seen something like that^^^ I saw shock pistons that were rusted so bad they wouldnt compress into the body, it was a really stiff ride.

lol @ having no springs :-|

i have a question since its on stuff i need to know:
got some uknown springs on my car. will putting the stock springs bring it back to stock height? are variables to that affected by what the shocks are (think its stock tohugh, but just incase)

coil overs: basically are the spring and shock together? no need to buy seperate springs or something for a coil over set?

You kidding right? or you dont know what spring is? w/ no spring you are rolling on a solid suspension like riding a bicycle, even worse.

I have shocks all around but they do not contain any springs on or around them. I didnt know if springs were stock equipment or if they were after market.

your mechanic didnt notice this?

Yes you must have springs,,your car has a coilover design where the coil spring goes over the shock assembly.....get some springs asap before you kill yourself

x2. and id think your suspension would be way screwed up after riding with no springs. im surprised the car is not sitting on the ground.
