There are a whole bunch of diff brands of rods out there these days and they are all the same pieces from a factory in China.Scat,Tuner Toys,Cat,the regular domestic brand lower end rods etc.Make sure they have ARP bolts in and you should be good to go for your basic build.

 

When I was at the PRI show a few years ago people were walking around with sample rod in their briefcases.They were from China factories and could set you up with a deal to private label them.The thing is you have no idea what your really getting.You would need to do testing on the final product that would cost more than you would save.Eagle,Scat, and the other established companies have a relationship with the factory they use in China.These off brand deals are a shot in the dark as far as what you will get.
