Aem performance pulleys
You won't notice a difference but every little bit helps. I have an SSAC underdrive power steering pulley that I got for free on my car. If it wasn't for the free part, I wouldn't have spent my money on it.
Underdrive pulleys increase wear on the bearings in your accessories and - when involving the alternator - they have a tendency to run your system too low on electricity production.
So, basically, they give you 2hp at the expense of killing your accessories faster (alternators are $150 after core on our cars) and making it so that running your stereo and climate control could become a problem on longer trips.
Do not install them.

My car came with one on the alternator. It does mess with your power supply a little bit, but i havent seen any horrible side effects yet. But i doubt it even gives me 2 hp -on my b16- I wouldnt spend my money on it.
if you really wanna know, pull all your belts off, go for a quick 2 minute drive (in the daytime with no radio or anything else on), that way you dont kill the battery in the test drive.
if you feel a differance just imagine ONLY about 15% of that differance is what underdrive pulleys will make, and then determine if you wanna spend the money on them.

Yeah, usually the cheaper pullies aren't balanced properly. If you get pullies, buy something with a damper.
