Default How do you "loosen" the fuel rail?

I'm in the process of a lot of wire tucking and hiding to make the bay cleaner. And right now, I'm working on the flipping the fuel injector clips around to clean that spot up.

But I noticed when I 180 the injectors, the fuel rail is in the way of allowing me to put the clips back on. I was told to "loosen" the fuel rail but how do you go about doing that? I have a d16y8 by the way (99 civic ex).

Thanks! I'll get to it as soon as I finish some chores and see what's up.
