What products for fixing crack in header?????????

Default What products for fixing crack in header?????????

Hey do you guys know any "off the shelf puttys, JB weld etc that aactually work for sealing a crack on a stock exhaust manifold header????

jb weld is a temporary solution to a permanent problem. But hell jb weld might work forever.

not really......im sure if its not that bad/big of a crack and its not in a bad location it can probably be welded....

UPDATE!!! Pulled off heatshield and inspected to find there is a long crack going right aound the header tube on cylinder 4 runner.

This is no-brainer for me that it cannot be fixed. Oh well time to order me a new performance header Thanks for the insight guys

lol, On the positive tip Can you guys tell me differnce or advantage of stainless steel headers, and ceramic coated headers?
