I am finishing up a b16a swap into my 89 crx si and it looks like im supposed to use 2 o2 sensors. My header only has one o2 sensor bung. I was wondering if i could splice the wires and run both o2 sensor connections to the one o2 sensor or would it cause the car to run funky.

Yes that is what you do...just make sure you splice the right wires...
