Turbo Question
Well today I was driving my car to work and it was running normal and then I got off the highway, and the next thing i know my blow off valve isnt working and my boost gauge is only reading vacuum and no boost.
So now when I drive I have no boost and my turbo is just a really expensive air intake.
Is there anything else except a blown turbo that could be causeing this??Or should I start looking for a new one!

dude check ur vaccumlines first then check ur intercooler piping. u have a vaccum leak or a boost leak for sure. u didnt "blow" ur turbo. this happens to evos all the time.
check to see if theres a leak like piping coming apart, if the shaft has play then you know thats the problem but i bet its your piping somewhere happend to me a bunch of times

Piping getting blown off isnt all that uncommon........check all the piping and then check vaccuum lines
