Exhaust Manifold Aftermarket Gasket?

do they make aftermarket gaskets for the exhaust side/header???? and if so what is the purpose of them? what do they do? Specs? air? etc......LMK

never heard of that but dont see the purpose of it i guess keep heat from the head
