i'm gonna be recieving a 70mm bbk tb and portmatched ported skunk2 im and i was wondering if this would do me any good or if it was just too big for my setup? i would try to get a header and tune on crome if i were to put it on.

gsr block (11:1 compression)
81.25mm usdm itr pistons
arp headstuds
stock gsr head

you should do cams and a better header first

This has been a long debated subject

Air volume v.s air speed

My recc. Are 1.8 liter 64-66mm

2.0liter 68mm
2.1-2.3 70mm

Just guidlines though
Camshaft profiles greatly affect air intake characteristics

would itr camshafts alter my air intake characteristics enough that the intake manifold and tb would be helpful?

that is still too big for the amount of mods you have. bigger is not always better. just skip the manifold and tb until you get bigger cams and a better header.

pretty sure they don't make tb's with reverse taper.
