Engine making a clicking sound???
Well here's the problem, I replaced a head gasket and when I got everything back together, my car runs good but the engines making a clicking sound it never made before. It's not very loud but it's noticeable......what could this be????
Did you install the head gasket right side up and in the proper facing direction?
Did you properly adjust the valves?
Did you properly time the ignition?
Did you leave something in there?

Head Gasket is the right way
The timing is correct
Nothing was left in there
I guess it's the valves making that noise then? Is it easy to adjust the valves?

Yes a valve adjustment is easy.....easier on the non-vtec then the vtec models, but easy either way. check out http://www.c-speedracing.com for a how-to.
sound like a valve lash to damn i wish i did this cause mine was ticking too put a new head on to find out old head had no bend valves

I agree with the other comments. Probably too much valve lash on intake or exhaust vales (or both).

Yes you can. Just make sure that you are doing the valve clearance when the valves are fully closed. As long as they are closed, the valve lash reading will be correct. Typically a Haynes or factory manual will outline the procedure. It essentially involves putting cyl #1 at TDC firing (valves closed) and lashing the valves. Repeat for cyl's 2, 3 and 4.
