Ive been having this problem only when the car is cold. After the car warms up the problem goes away.

Problem: In the morning or when the car is cold it sputters when i tap the gas. I was told it was the distributer ( even though i re-wired my distributer and replaced the icm and internal coil) So i bought a brand new honda obd1 vtec distributer and it still has the same problem. My guess is the wiring harness. About 2 years ago i sent my Obd1 Civic dx harness and my Obd2 b16a2 harness to place racing to make me my harness. When i got it back it was working perfectly. but then i installed my msd ( which i dont have anymore) and the problem started. The only CEL i have is for TPS( which i plan on fixing today). Does anyone have any ideas???? Im stumped. By the way the motor has a new distributer, cap, rotor, wires, and plugs, The timing is set to factory specs.
