Hey all, from what I know the problem that I'm having is two separate cases since they started happening at different times. I'm hoping some of you could possibly narrow down to a few parts that I would need to buy in order to have this all replaced.

First problem: I'm getting a tranny whine that is not rpm dependant but on speed, at around 73-80km/hr. There is no performance hinderance to this, its just sound.

Second problem: Just recently, mostly occuring in second gear at low rpms (1.5-3k rpm) it would feel as if the clutch is slipping making the car jerk a bit while accelerating. Also, when I'm at idle (stopped in neutral at a stop light) it feels as if the clutch is not fully disengaged cause I could feel the car shake a bit. I know that something is up cause I can even see my voltage fluctuate 0.1 - 0.3 of a volt as I'm feeling each shake.
