OK....Issues when turning left.
Ok here we go...I've searched the **** out of this and I'm leaning towards axle issue more and more. BUT!! I would like some opinions.
My setup is a 1990 Hatch with a B16A swapped into it. I have a J1 tranny which means my axles are 90-91 integra axles. This car has run fine up until recently. Only when I turn left I hear this whining noise. Not a clunk or a click like normal CV/axle issues. It's like a wher wher wher wher noise and it doesnt do it when I let off of the throttle. As soon as I let go and start rolling it stops. As soon as I touch the throttle it starts again...What the hell could this be?
One more smaller issue. I have a rear disc conversion and when I'm rolling to a stop or just driving I hear this noise in the back kinda like a clunk clunk clunk that follows my speed range. Any ideas on that?
I've checked all of the obvious stuff like rubbing and bad tires but havent found anything.

When you did the rear disk conversion, did you do anything to the brakes? Like rebuild calipers, new pads, etc... Just wondering because when I had that same clunking noicse while stopping, it turned out I needed pads really really bad.
i wouldn't rule out a wheel bearing for either of those issues.....although i think you're right about axle in the front. does you steering wheel shake?
might be worth your while to take one side apart and check to see that the dust rings were removed from your spindles. i don't think you can see them (or not) with the axles in there.

Steering wheel shake = bad axles? ****, I've got something else to add to my list. I was just thinking I needed to check my ball joints.
