Well as many of you know, I just moved to knoxville for the summer. Thursday night is import night at the local 1/8th mile track and there were a ton of people there, there were over 100 imports racing and like 500 people in attendance. It was awsome. None of the big-dogs raced this week, but I did, I was laying down 10.2's which is very good for a d16z6. I beat 3 Si's. Ha, (they were terrible drivers.) Anyway, on about my 10th run I laid down a slightly slower run, and played it off to too much spin, went to the end of the track to turn around to find out that my differential has locked up. No more turning for me. (Note: this is the 2nd tranny i've destroyed in 2 months.)
This normally wouldn't have been so bad except my job is a runner at an accounting firm. Which means driving places. (including turns) So being screwed, I weaseled my way out of delievering anything in my car all friday and drove to valdsota (6hrs away) in my aunts car with a friend to pick up the extra car at my house in valdosta.

Hey at least I got to see my mom on mothers day. So now i'm in desperate search of a twin cammed replacement for my motor. If anyone wants a d16z6 with a gude head, I can hook it up. So well, I'm going to call around to evans honda and mahdavi, and anyone else I can think of this week and try to have something ready to drive down for the "race wars" thingy in atlanta in 2 weeks.

That was his 1/8 mile retard.

 

this track was wierd, they didn't have 60 ft times. I think some of their lights were broken.
