Default My car won't start!

Ok as some of you may know I made the other thread about replacing my head gasket, well I made a new thread now because not everyone looks at the last reply but this is my latest problem. Today I finally got everything set up and put together. I go to start my car......and it won't start! It trys too but that's as far as it goes. I don't know what the problem is.....is it a timing problem? I had everything set in the right place.....but since it's my first time doing this I guess maybe I fucked up somewhere else? I couldn't find anything out of it's place or any hoses or anything, I'm sure everything is conncected....I'd really like to drive my car again so please help lol.

Check fuel. Check spark. Check compression.

How would I fix the timing? I could of sworn I had it right, I was following the haynes manual. I had the first cyclinder at TDC when replacing the head gasket. When I got the Camshafts back on I had both of their UP marks facing up and when I got the distributor on I had the roter pointing to the 1st sparkplug wire. Maybe I screwed something up? Or is it supposed to be something different?
