1994 civic coupe b18c or b16 swap/turbo suggestions

hey
i just acquired a 1994 and i am going to swap the engine/transmission.
Im thinking either a b18c or a b16
im just wondering which is easier and why
plus turbo kit suggestions for either,
i got like 7000 for both the engine and turbo

the b18c is a very powerful motor, but i would go with the b16 and give it a bigger bore and get a small turbo that spolls up fast... thats just me. i have a b16a now thats bored to 1.9 and im making very good power. but its all up to you good luck
