Default question bout b18c5 in a rex

can i turbo a b18c5 in my rex?? will the turbo fit or will i have to modify my engine bay??

It will fit depending on the mount kit you choose to use. You will also have to modify the front crossmember to clear the downpipe. Depending on the compressor size and manifold design you might have to shave some webbing off the block to clear the compressor. You will also have to modify some areas in order to run the charge pipes.

use the hcp mounts. puts motor really far back in engine bay. you will want to lower the compression of that motor tho w/ fi. might as well do a gsr turbo instead. much cheaper.

no, i don't care bout the money. So then it is possible right?? would my car be able to be street drivien w/a built jdm b18c5 w/turbo and nos??

yes. but a built up b18c1 may be cheaper. do some compraision shopping:
B18c1 9.5:1 c/r
itr valve train.
JE pistons
eagle rods
itr intake cam
skunk2 intake manifold
aem pullys
lightened flywheel

or

B18c5 9.5:1 c/r
JE pistons
eagle rods
lightened flywheel
aem pullys

keep in mind your itr motor is like 1500 more but itr parts are more (usually) than gsr parts. shop around.
but yes an itr turbo will work
