So what Spark Plugs do YOU use.
Hey, i'm hoping to get an idea of what plugs people are running depending on their set-ups..
so list spark plug, code, company.. and mods... let's see how much this changes.
I run NGK Iridium's i don't have the code on me right now though.

You Brits seem to have the right state of mind!
Factory NGK's for me too. I could only see changing the plug types for different motor setups ex. turbo,S/C, extreme allmotor. But even then I would only run NGK's or Denso's

And changed at least once a year.
Cheaper, better conductor... more cost effective way to keep the plugs in good health then running a set of plats into the ground.

Denso Iridiums for me .. instant gratification on these not-so-cheap plugs but worth the extra cash .. butt-dyno shows a feelable difference in torque and easier starts.

I use the OE NGK PFR6G-13, p/n 98079-56A7H
Yep, they are GS-R plugs.. not sure how I made that mixup after the research I did before buying them. No issues whatsoever, but I'll go with the smaller gap ITR plugs, PFR6G-11, p/n 98079-5614H next time.

If I'm not mistaken (I don't have the boxes in front of me), the plugs you have listed are wrong. The ITR's should have a 1.1mm gap. The ones you have listed with the 13 in the number tell me that yours have a 1.3mm gap, which are correct for a B16 or a GSR motor.

the OEM platinum plugs over here i've got as 98079-5714H (PFR7G-11), is that just a different heat rating? would anybody mind highlighting the difference?
thank you

I'm pretty sure that number is the heat range. I just looked at my boxes and the 6 is correct for the US market. I wonder why yours are a 7?
