k-series w/ spoon brakes, volk TE-37s, and some moton coilovers....atleast thats for starters.

That is such a broad question. as forumnoobie said, it depends on many things, such as power goals, and what your car will be used for: daily driver, track, drag etc. Have a think, and when you know what you want to do then search, there is so much good info on here you will be able to answer all your own questions.

You need to decide what kind of power goals you want to achive as well as how much money you plan on spending on the car.
You can build a B series
You can boost a B series
You can swap a K series
You can boost a K series (personal favorite)

You have unlimted options, pick one and then do some research on it.

ummm b18 ls with turbo around 300 hp stock bore what cheap piston and rods should i get?

You should run STOCK pistons and rods. If you have to upgrade the internals, I'd get an upgraded valvetrain and maybe sleeves. I think the most important part is the tuning - I'd suggest Hondata or AEM EMS.

the best setup ever in my opinion is to start of with a B20 Block and a match it to a Type R head then start tuning it with goodies but thatst just my opinion it has great low end and high end power as well.
