need help removing paint?
or acetone. or the paint remover the ladies use to remove their nail polish. or you can try wet sanding it off, but u gota have patience. but after its all done, polish it to remove the scratches.

I think your best bet would be to sand it off with some 600 grit and then once you get all the paint off... start the polishing process to get the shine back. If you use a thinner type material strong enough to take the paint off it will more than likely ruin the finish anyway. If it all sounds like to much work to you... go junkyard hoppin
