Default b18a1/zc head !!!WTF!!!

a buddy of mine said that he had seen a b18a1 block with a dohc zc head in a crx... now correct me if im wrong but do you think that he just might have thought that becuase the valve covers look similair? the dohc zc is a d-series motor and has no interchangable parts with the b-series right?

94-95 also have the same valve cover except for the "H" logo isn't on them...96+ has the smooth covers
