cant get my damn rear mount on
ok so a friend and i are putting his b20 in cant get the rear mount on got the front 2 though is there anyway to do it without having to take the others back out or can i jus take the rear mount off and connect it to the black piece and then put it on
Hmm, I remember when doing my swap the rear mount was the biggest pain to get in. There's no easy way that I ever figured out, just make sure u got the engine level from front to back and left to right and line up the holes and stick the bolt through, if u have air tools that really helps to get it in there too. Good luck.
you have to bolt the passenger and drivers mount in so that the engine is able to rock it backand forth to wiggle the T-bracket and mount in
one way i found that was easier is to take off the passenger and drivers motor mount and hook the rear mount on but dont screw it untill you put the pass. and drivers motor mount back on then screw all four as it sits right! try it, it helped out in 5min for me...its not hard taking off just the mount...
I find it easier to romove the t bracket from the back. Bolt the motor mount in and re-install the bracket. A lot a people may not agree but it saved me a lot of grief.
