I have power door locks and have notice that my keyless entry or manualing locking the door will not lock passenger side door. I have to do it by pulling up or down on the lock itself. I also cannot open the passenger door from the outside lock. Does anyone know what may be wrong? Thanks!

 

probably one of the rods came off or something. take off the door panel and see whats going on inside.
