bump stop coilover question
am i suppose to cut the outer part of this bump stop

And is this how it suppose to sit inside the spring im suppose to take out the damper stop plate and slide in the bump stop and then put damper stop plate back on or am i doing this wrong

Those look like stock shocks. However, those don't look like bumpstops. On oem shocks, I cut 1/2 of the bumpstop and leave the harder (top) part on the shock.
they are the ones that come with coilovers like a top hat so im not suppose to install them its somethig like those circle in red where do i put those i thought coilovers u just slide in the sleeve and spring and thats it but what do i do with that thing
that looks like a spring "locater", not a bumpstop. A bumpstop functions to keep the the piston from bottoming out inside the shock body. That item that you've circled, in that location, would not be able to do this.
