Default suspension help. 92 hb

I'll be boosting my car this winter and I've learned traction plays a major role here. Currently the car has tein springs? What do you think i should do? I'm 16 so I'm not really dealing with alot of money here but I'd like some suggestions? Should I be purchasing any sway bars or anthing to stiffen it up? let me know. thanks.
