coil over bumstops

Default coil over bumstops

its like the top hat of a coilover and ive read that u have to cut it but how do i cut or where am i suppose to cut out the outer part and stay with the middle part which is the thick part

this is what i meant am i suppose to cut out the outer thing of this bump stop and is this how it suppose to go inside the spring

they are the TOP HATS for the springs, NOT Bump Stops ! some come in metal and some come in plastic - i like using the plastic ones bc they dont squeak
and they hold the springs in place real good so they dont rattle around
