Default where can i get this crank fixed?

ive got a stock b18a crank with a spun rod bearing on journal 3, and im wondering what procedures would i need to take to restore this crank. there was no bearing left in the rod, but the surface on the journal doesnt feel rough at all. it looks like it would just need a micropolish and probably a balance.
no pics as of right now because my idiot brother let his friend borrow it.

can i get some opinions on what i should do.

this is going to be used in a turbo motor.

take it to a good engine builder and have them ispect it and measure it to find out if its re-usable.
